Where New Feathers and Flowers Grow is a play on the 1963 children's picture book, Where the Wild Things Are, written and illustrated by Maurice Sendak. The collage is inspired by the leave of winter and the arrival of spring. It carries our collective desire to enter into deep hibernation mode as the cold falls and the splendours that come with new warmth.
